How to Order Online

 

1. Select your items
Find the items that you wish to purchase. 
Click ADD TO CART to add the
item to the Cart.
 
2. View Cart or Checkout
In the left side of your browser, you can click View Cart 
which will bring you to your Shopping Cart page. This
page will give you more detailed information about your cart.
 
On the bottom of this page you have the option to change
quantities of items, continue shopping, or to checkout.
 
3. Checkout and Verify Order
When you click on the Checkout button, customers that 
have previously purchased from our site can enter their
user name and password and their saved shipping
information will appear. First time customers will be asked
to create a user name and password for faster future
checkout, as well as enter their billing and payment
information. You will then be asked to review your order.
 
To complete your order, click on the Finalize Order button.
 
4. Finalize Order
Once you've clicked on the Finalize Order button, you will
be emailed a confirmation that will give you your order
number and the option to print out your order.

Gift Wrapping


Gift wrapping is available on most items sold on our site. To have your

item gift wrapped simply check the box marked "Gift Wrapping" under

the item before adding the item to your cart. Candles will be placed in a

red box and sealed with a white ribbon that is tied into a bow. Candles

will be marked on the bottom of the box to denote the fragrance inside.

All other items will be wrapped in red paper and a white bow is included.




Return Policy


 Returns & Exchanges


Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return items in its original condition and packaging within 15 days for a full refund of the merchandise. Please contact us for instructions to return items. We will pay the return shipping cost only if the return is the result of an error we made or if the product is defective. We cannot accept any returns after 15 days of delivery and cannot accept an item that is not in its original condition, unless defective. Your refund will be in the original form of payment. If the item appears to be damaged in shipping, please save the original packaging and contact us so that we can have UPS pick up the shipment and inspect it. We will resend the order at no additional charge.


If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason other than damages, please enclose your packing slip and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to the address below via UPS or insured mail. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.

Sales Tax

 

We are required by law to collect sales tax of 7% for deliveries to the state of Florida.  We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.
