Do you have a catalog you can mail me?

Because our items and fragrance choices change so often, we do not offer a print catalog. All of our items are available for viewing on our website. Feel free to call us toll free at

Can I change the shipping address once an order is placed?
Please have your order number ready and call our customer service department at 1.866.966.3942 Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Depending on where the order is in process we may be able to change the shipping address for you.

Does choosing UPS Next Day Air mean that my order will arrive tomorrow?
Expedited orders placed prior to 3:00 pm (EST) Monday - Friday normally ship that same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm (EST) may not ship until the next business day. The majority of orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Do you sell wholesale or offer a bulk discount? 

ScentSational Candles is an authorized dealer of The Virginia Candle Company(WoodWick®) and The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. We do not wholesale any products. We do offer a case discount on large volume orders.  To inquire about large volume orders please call our customer service department at 1.866.966.3942 M-F 9a-5p EST.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes, to receive a shipping quote please create an account and add your items to the shopping cart. A  international shipping quote will be given during checkout. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are shipping a gift order internationally and would like to pre-pay the duties and taxes please call our customer service department at 1.866.966.3942 M-F 9a-5p EST.

 

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?


Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?


P.O. Box shipments are only available for deliveries outside the  Contiguous U.S. (i.e. AK, HI, PR)

We ship via UPS and UPS requires a valid street address.

What are some things I can do to help my candles burn the most efficiently?

The first time you burn a jar candle you should allow the wax to liquefy all the way to the glass of the jar.(about two to three hours for medium or large jars)

You should always trim the candle wick before each burn. A convenient wick trimmer is also available for purchase.

Always burn candles within sight. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Place on a protected heat resistant dry surface. Allow candle to cool completely before relighting or handling.
